If I were management at this company, I would want as much money for each share as the market could tolerate. I would want to test the resistence of the top end of share value. I would not go the cheap route. I say raise the bar, make these shares expensive, supply and demand. Why make my stock cheap? Unless there is a middle man so to speak...lol
