It's much like looking at the odd answers in the back first and then working out the math to reach them.
I would pay to see a SCOTUS opinion specify the "certain constitutional rights" we are written to have. I'm sure they would be something like "shareholders have the freedom of speech" or "if the shareholders are careful to stay in the proper venue, they have the freedom to assemble".....but they will never rule that the government has taken anything.
