maybe...but most companies do not drill wildcat wells as producers. Total has booked (at least preliminarily ) the drill ship(s) for Venus, Namibia. Shell has booked drill ship(s) for Graff, Namibia. That is all we know physically speaking. Even when time lines are made they can always be altered as witnessed on many occasions. I am hoping Block 4 EEZ Sao Tome is a go for 2023 but we have no solid time line...so we wait
