Dear Santa CEO and his BOD Elves,

Please review and change Santa CEO'S compensation package. Make it all salary or a bonus that has stated goals that must be met such as increasing the value of the stock. It is time that this firm meet predetermined goals prior to placing the gifts under the tree!!!
