Capital Change=shs increased by 40 for 1 split Ex-date=06/25/2015. Rec date=06/01/2015. Pay date=06/24/2015.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 19152 split. Ex-date=05/09/2018. Pay date=05/09/2018.

I'm hoping we don't need to capitalize our future by funding everything through capitol stock issuance, specially when acquisitions don't contribute to the bottom line.In that case, dilution ruins investors. No question that would eventually lead to another reverse split.
Company states intent to capitalize only through organic growth, which to me would not include more stock issuance. Company really has me confused.
