How the H-- does the S-1 mesh into the news published on 7 Dec ? Which is accurate ? Is the S-1 just an attempt to drive the price down for someones selfish purposes ? Or is it accurate, which would make the news on 7 Dec a complete lie. I frankly don't know... but I'll hold my position for now ... and if there is a precipitous short term drop in price, I may purchase more and accept the additional risk,

Anyone else's opinion?
