The kahc sec filings explains that from 138M shares only the 103M shares will receive $10.08/share and the 34.5M class B shares will not receive anything from this fund will be excluded, I like to know what they will do with the remaining 270M left from 1.4B? they have to divide it into the 34.5M class B shares remaining, comes out to $7.82/share, the fund has enough $ to include Bioamber shares, and the approval of the extention will give new shares 2023 into a merger
