My two cents: I was upset about the RS. I was led to believe that more protection was being offered against a drop in PPS so shorts could not cover for cheap. Yet, I hate, hate, hate NSS and shorting for that matter at all. I hate criminal behavior and the impact of regular shorting on a corporation. But, BIG BUT, the changing of the name at the same time as a surprise RS was the best way to force NSS to cover with Friday's renamed shares. I have to say it was brilliant in spite of the fact I hated it. So, I hope it continues to hurt the NSS Monday - Tuesday.
