OK, I have found the date for the NC court case:

Thanks for the link Spence, I had to do a little digging through the civil court calendars....and here it is....Moody vs Wicks and Riley(s) next Monday Feb. 19---- it is the 3rd case listed...someone help me with the legalese....looks like our attorney is making motion to dismiss and change venue...I understand the dismissal...but if it is dismissed, why would you want to change venues...mordicai..where are you mate??
