Another thing to consider here is CEO bought GDVM cleaned it up owns debt and majority here so VeeMost coming in does not owe anything to anyone and their is no worry of dilution from outgoing folks.

This is what is rare here because otc mergers typically have previous insiders that hold large debt or shares and those end up cashing out on the way out.

That is not the case here this is what we got before the merger these shares are not even restricted so there is nothing to sell here.
