Why do you think MERCER is actually calling this an Acquistion ???

Its not an Acquisition........ its a MERGER.

There is a CLear Difference.... MICT has nothing but a standing on NASDAQ.

When all is said and done, MICT is nothing, but TMNA owns 20% of MICT commons
and Pref A & B that bring TMNAs ownership of this "MERGER" to 75%.

So why is MICT over a $1 ???
Only to hold a Nasdaq compliance.
There you go, market never makes sense but it is what it is.
Make your own call.

Considering that, MICT is still getting a steal.

Everyone can make a choice on where they wanna take their money.
I look at MICTs financial reports and Tingos and it is NIGHT and DAY.
There is NO comparison whatsoever. Tingo is actually doing Darren Mercer a favor,
not sure why DOZY and Cleverly are being so generous.
If I were them, I would say renig this deal with MICT and look elsewhere but I guess
they are a nice bunch of guys given how much misinformation MERCER is spreading
on that this is an "Acqusition" in his PRs
