IMHO Billy cares little for the state of RIII, he is busy defending 3 lawsuits against Cross Bo and Utility Management. I would bet that he is busy making sure that his baby Golden Crescent is isolated and cannot be touched. The lawsuits will eat up any revenue produced by the construction side of things. All the hype on the PR's is just that, there is no evidence of any contracts or revenues received just pure BS from Billy....all of this is my opinion only.

I would encourage all to look up and read the lawsuits against the subs of RIII.
