Even a dopey penny stock broker knows that much

Puny volume, tiny movements, extremely low beta, no looming overhang

More importantly, it would be easily uncovered by checking a few available reports Elite can easily obtain

Ridiculousness from those reading some blog somewhere and falling for it because they just dont know any better
