I'm actually hoping he tries to get another extension.

My neighbor (the retired former law partner) stated that although the 2 week request (already granted) is an auto/common courtesy occurrence, trying to get another will most likely get the cased tossed... As in, the court actually has jurisdiction to throw it out in that kind of circumstance.

Playing out his right to the legal process (in spite of his arguments lack of legitimacy) is the only real card that Calasse has ever held here.

In other words, Calasse is out of the ammunition that he has been afforded via due process.
