Boise, ID - December 15, 2022; Extreme Biodiesel, Inc. (OTC MARKETS: XTRM) Extreme Biodiesel Board
of Directors has approved a plan to expand corporate opportunities and open new potential revenue
channels. Extreme Biodiesel is very excited to announce that it has acquired 100% of World Wide Sun
(WWS) and intellectual property of Solar and Battery technology from Fernhill Corp (Symbol FERN). The
objective is to be at the forefront of innovation in conjunction with legislation enacted to provide an
additional revenue stream for the Company potentially. World Wide Sun (WWS) will complement our
current home builder, North Star Homes.
