It is not a good sign that HDSN is involved. That MM is very well known as a company seller, ie dilution. What you have discribed here is the MO of HDSN when dilution is going on. Showed up in January and sold 40M. See link below. This is my first indication that dilution may be happening. This is also why the TA needs to be ungagged ASAP.
