representing the non-insiders would be able to record a dissenting vote, if faced with a Board decision, so clearly detrimental to the non-insiders' interests, as this unconscionable PP... Then he/she can alert all the shareholders by mean of a PR, giving the reasons for his/her opposition to the Board's resolution...

Non-insiders seem to have different and sometime conflicting interests and motivations than the Insiders and one way or another they will have to be represented on the Board, to prevent their continued FLEECING, through surreptitious transfer of their Wealth to the Insiders...
