If he owns the domain and the software like he claims WTF does he need funding for? Supposedly he has somebody doing the coding for him already, hosting is cheap.
He won't need a team of regulators or developers until he has at least a million regular users. He doesn't need a corporate office and even of he did it would cost maybe 1K/mo.
So this bullshit about funding is in fact, bullshit!
He could launch the platform at anytime and start generating money.
