I don't see that as the case. Why would he go through all this trouble? The only sense I am getting he seems more of CEO that came from the private sector if something happens it get reported not your typical otc promise the moon and nothing happens.

He is already the ceo of GDVM so no change of control needs to happen when he finally announces he does but that is not the reason we dropped.

Sometimes no one can explain why people panic but nothing has changed it's not like there is a better company I can go buy at these levels that will give me thesame potential here.
