Like a friend in a situation like this would say , "We are in twilight Zone". The only reason I could think of is that the CCP is involve, and soon TGGI will be filing Form 15, similar to CMFO. Trust has been weakened so Chen Ren needs to put out a Letter to shareholders of why the lateness, or file the 10Q and do the RS. If Chen doesn't act soon, then don't be surprise TGGI will be filing Form 15. TWILIGHT ZONE!
