Sticks out like a sore thumb on the 200 day chart..... I would pay attention to that.

Could definitely be an insider buyer, we'll find oout in filings soon enough but you cant ignore it.

Could be the precursor for a super nice swing back up.

I can see that Titanium Oxide sales for coatings have been lower, but its trading at cash and could be a very attrctive buyout target for
BASF, 3M or someone else out there .
