Well, UNM listed as coming soon and they previously were hiring for Alamogordo. Agree could be pdq. Hobbs sand Carlsbad mentioned by Pear but have not seen a supporting indication in either --yet, that is, overtly in the public domain. Could be a situation as was Ruidoso (was prior hiring) and the coming soon on website (as was Las Lunas). Buy/buildout vs improve/lease back where dollar allocation makes best use of available capital and timing of one's buyer, license/zoning approvals and being a responsible pubco Q to Q all make for a longer wait or when not in perfect order adds to frustrations of same. Their sense of timing is pretty good and I have no doubt they will produce results that are noteworthy. 40+ in '22? I see possible!
