I'm not going to debate a difference of opinion with you, I just figure, at this point, . . .
anyone complaining - must be confused !

This company has lots of moving parts, and Truth is; many Investors here
are confused about the process, for the Up-listing, and . . .
for completing a Liquidity Event !

From my perspective; Ken, in his desire to be transparent, has made it perfectly clear
that some things may get moved back or delayed, and
others may get changed completely !
I understand the process, and I'm OK with that !
