CHNW:
Can`t get enough from this hot stuff!! Esprit Fin. Corp. rulezzz!! wink
I like this management and IR-co..they do a great job, I think! Hope I am right!?
Big things just around the corner! Can you smell them already, too!?
I will hold this great stock for long and strong! 2007 will become a huge year for this company, I think!! MILESTONES are reached and will be reached this year!!
This stock could be the next 100+bagger, like USXP did last year at the same time!! (0,0002/3-0,004x!!!) wink

MY OPINION: Cash Now the next big Cash Cow..if she starts running, people will come from everywhere and want to buy it, too!! LOL ..but not at these low prices - they will pay more and more the higher she climbs!! wink

End of April I see a very nice PPS for our baby!!

-my posts are only my (but true) opinion!-

Here some (3) nice posts: wink

CHNW >>> Summary of President's Message

The Clams Man says there is no need for the extra stuff here, just a simple summation of the facts clearly indicates that CHNW is a compressed metal beam getting ready to explode. Without fruther adieu ...

Reveunes & Margins: With the bulk of R&D complete, our burn rate is low, and incremental revenue beyond the break even point of fixed costs generates very attractive gross margins.

Name & Cusip Change: Additionally, the Cash Now name that has served us so well in the past, is no longer an adequate description of our corporate activities. It is our intent to register a new corporate name, trading symbol and CUSIP Number.

No Dilution: Our immediate plans are to sell off our 'non core' business models that encompassed Cash Now. We are hoping that the sale of these assets will further enhance our capitalization without the need to secure additional financing through debt or otherwise.

No Dilution II: For those shareholders wondering about financing, I can advise you that we are not currently seeking additional funding to support our Forex launch. We believe our capital position is adequate to bring this new division into full operation.

Short Squeeze: Importantly, these actions, when taken together, will force short sellers to close off their positions against the Company, and reduce the downward drag on our stock price in the recent past.

Short Squeeze II:With the launch of our new Forex product, we believe short sellers will have to move to the sidelines. Simply put, we have a strong belief that our Forex business will add very significant value to the Company, and will drive aggressive growth moving forward. Shorting our stock will carry a significantly greater risk.

Forex Launch Imminent: In the very near future, we are planning on launching our retail Forex trading service. The Forex market offers huge potential. According to International Financial Services, London, the average daily global turnover in traditional foreign exchange market transactions totaled $2.7 trillion in April.

Clams Man is Locked & Loaded down here on the ground floor. Clams Man is thinking we have a very real chance at PennyLand and some Clams so damn Stuffed that just two of 'em could feed a small country!!!

No....it does not restrict the stock.........This is positive today, low volume and you can tell the shares are about done...the company has played this perfect, better than most,,,

I would say.....We should thank the shorts because they saved the company a boat load of cash, big difference buying back at .002 and .0002, the company pulled some nice prs on the nobo list and so forth,,,but they most likely wanted the stock price at this level so they can buy back the shares, and have a fair os and float before the forex......

The company will reward all those who held on this huge downtrend over the last 6 months, many souls have sold for losses and moved on,, but this is a game of timing and I think feb is a special month for chnw investors who bought at this level......

No RS.....company buying back shares,
No RS.....company has enough cash to fund the forex
No RS....no dilution

Now, .0002 or .0003 seems like a no brainer for the patience...

many people on the board discussing O/S but tend to forget that we have 1.2B or so as restricted shares here.so that will leave the float at 3 B and if the co has retired 1 B that will leave the float at 2 billions or so.this Co will be trading above a penny pretty soon as things a re going forward
