Excellent Post from Another Board - THINK about it (read it twice, if needed):

The new interesting comment from the savants is that who needs 80%+ of your workforce - especially the engineers who generated the IP and know it the best - given the robot is "done." I guess you don't need those engineers anymore if the following doesnt matter ...

1) you want to improve and adapt the product to FDA specification and feedback ahead of and during clinical trials
2) Provide any sort of trouble shooting/QC work while the Enos is being installed, tested and deployed in different clinical settings
3) Develop any new or upgraded tools, products, or otherwise in response to market feedback
4) Be able to further develop the next platform or additional platforms and indications beyond the already robotically saturated GYN procedures
5) Optimize costs, value engineering/substitution, and address potential needs to rework product based on supply chain challenges
6) Fix the software challenges that continue to plague the platform's operability with other OR equipment

*** So Let me ask you all this, IF MDT was acquiring Titan, WHY would they want the very software engineers out of the office (on furlough) if/when crucial questions come up during say a Human trials phase or a potential glitch happens ? THINK
