We were saying the same thing 5 years ago. Do you also realize that a r/s is going to crater your investment post merger. Unless the stock goes from 10 to 100 in the following years following construction, then you will be right. I look at it as who is going to support the stock and get big money to pay up after the split takes place. It might go to 20 afterwards but has just as good of a chance to go back to 5. No one knows. This is a terrible market now to invest in so players are skittish. This is all my opinion and to be honest I could care less what people think.
