Yup. Got the first hint of what was potential interest, in Sept…not the bankruptcy. Regardless, Michery entered into a binding agreement to deliver vehicles in November using assets he hasn’t even bought yet…or hadn’t even signed an agreement to do?

Del Pack NEVER actually intended to order anything for a November 30 delivery…and in fact said so until Michery got them to pull the notice on their website.

And Michery knew they weren’t going to and that he wouldn’t be able to deliver them anyways.

It was a BS pump.

It’s what he does.
