I was not implying or suggesting anything. I would just hope that the CEO/CFO have more say as to how the company manages / repays debt, than Riss. I believe, from the last report I saw, Riss holds 320M shares of common stock / 5% interest in the company. I would think he want to see this SP much higher than it is now, before unloading those common shares. JMO
