Absolutely there are angels. In scripture they always appear as men and do not have wings. The are arch angels like Michael and Gabriel, angels unawares, the angel of the Lord which was the pre incarnate appearance of Jesus Christ call a theophany, also fallen angels.
What is in the video (I listened to that 11:30 mark) , I know not, but do not mess around very much into those things as there are things in the spirit realm that are not from God , but in opposition to God and believers. As there are also ministering angels that watchout for God's children
