The blasphemy of the HS was only possible when Christ was on this earth to those who said He had an unclean spirit.
Mark 3:29] But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
[30] Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit. (the He is not you)
The you want to use Matt 7 about judging others. You need to read the scripture down further to see that the judgement we judge with will same judgement we are under when we do it. If we judge someone while doing what they do that is called being a hypocrite. Which God frowns on

[2] For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

And that spiritual man or woman judges by the word of God:

The spirit of Christ guides into all truth:
John.16
[13] Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
They truth is God's word:
Jn 17:[17] Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
Without going to the scriptures, you are not in truth but error
Another thing is, you judge things everyday, whether you want to admit it or not
And one more thing: You're not the thief on the cross, so get rid of that idea altogether
