Yup - they usually issue the 14A proxy and announcement of meeting in November, though they have in the past issued it as early as October (2019) - nothing this year…

I haven’t checked in awhile but I think you need to send out notice at least 30 or 40 days in advance and note the shareholder cut-off date to vote in the filing…,

Since we have received no notice and no proxy I can only imagine that means no meeting this year….
