Ya know, the farther north you travel in South America the worse the beaner affliction is for peoples' brains with Mexico being the epitome for stupidity/beaner-clusterfocking screwing-up/corrupting/infecting even the most surefire simple/elementary of money-making opportunities, but Bolivia is a close second to Mexico. Maybe Putin/Russia (see Uranium One) coming to Bolivia and taking over the whole lithium mining franchise would be a blessing in disguise for these stupido beaners/burros in Bolivia... that is of course, if Putin will drop his subsequent idea of invading Chile and taking over the Atacama lithium (mucho mucho less magnesium in the brine) miners.
