Once The LBHI Plan "TO REORGANIZE" Was Approved, and it became CLEAR That LBHI would pay as much as it reasonably could' ... and then exit as a "Going Concern" ... then the utilization of the NOL's became a "Given" ... it's just part of it all' ...

"it is what it is" ... I look at my own beautiful CT ownership and just "Smile" ... They make me happy' ...
