Since adding Alchemy, BZWR describes themselves differently than before, reflecting a change in priorities, I suppose.

In the "About Business Warrior" section of news releases, up to the OTCQB announcement in August, they had been saying:

Business Warrior is a SaaS company focused on helping small businesses solve two of the biggest challenges to owning and operating a business: customer acquisition and access to funding. Business Warrior’s integrated platform combines a small business’ advertising performance, financial data, and funding as a key source of success and growth for business owners. Formed in 2014, Business Warrior uses next-generation machine-learning and native software to make conversion marketing and growth funding accessible for small business owners. But after acquiring Alchemy Technologies, they have lately been saying:

Business Warrior Corp. is a software as a service (SaaS) company offering turnkey lending solutions to high-growth companies. We are a full-service provider with an end-to-end lending technology platform and customer acquisition marketing services. Founded in 2014, Business Warrior is a SaaS marketing company with a virtual workforce and employees worldwide. The company has worked with over 25,000 global businesses ranging from small to enterprise businesses. Business Warrior acquired Helix House and Alchemy Technologies in 2022. I suppose the phrasing that they use here covers both the idea that clients could use the software to acquire financing and also the idea that if the client is a lender themselves, they could buy use of the software for $1,000 for their own lending business. That is my understanding of what BZWR is doing on the FinTech side of their business, but I may be mistaken.
