Ty for sharing, imo, I see AGAIN, promised shares for friends, crowd funding and another dilution coming. It would be nice to to know if the new ptop shareholders will be grandfathered in or not regarding the r/s as well.
Is $0.00025 per share before or after r/s ?
(Would be nice to know if any of the finance avenues mentioned in the email will be restricted stock or not)
Sounds to me like a bad financing deal that will again put ptop in the same boat again.
