imo, it's going to be an implanted RFID chip

they were going to try a barcode tattoo some time back
that failed

but the implanted chip under the skin is the next....
even under the guise for something like voter ID to "protect" elections

and if that fails....the implanted Brain chip is the next in line.....

I'm guessing CT will agree with me...
the effort keeps happening but has been stopped numerous times
