Thats the point I keep stressing Look at the filings for CYBL AABB SIRC all hit with stock promotion symbols on otc markets why? Those 3 companies have issued a ton of shares and quite a few of them are unrestricted issuances CYBL just got whacked.

Compare these to the GDVM filings since Melvin took over 3.8b shares has been retired company is as clean as you will see in otc. This is very rare for an incoming company most dilute on the way up not here and a huge amount of value is about to come in.
