This dilution is a "control demolition" so I doubt it will touch Trips at least year. However It might in the 2nd Q 2023 when the Fed rates takes effect. There is a lag of around 9 months in the economy and we will be immersed in a recession, and the broad market should crater assuming this scenario happens.
