Has Ken said he has no shares? Maybe he bought

After Tad announced the Puriblood deal was off on 7/27/22 the stock imploded and was languishing in mid trips again. The stock closed at .0004 on 10/5/22. The next day Tad announced the LOI with Ken and the stock shot up 125% to .0011. It drifted between .0008 and .0011 for most of the month. The on 11/3/22 Ken announced "my dream came true...the merger is done" and the stock shot to .0017 the day before the "official announcement" from Tad. Everyone now knows what happened after that. Now 1 month later the stock is BELOW where it was before the LOI was announced.

Sure Ken would expect to receive a fat chunk of shares by taking over this shell. But, who's to say he, his family or friends didn't buy or sell in the days before these announcements?
