Keep an eye on QTT which is creeping up the ladder lately.

We have bottom fishing. We have China's removal of COVID restrictions. We have speculation that this co will do better in 2023.

It isn't a slam dunk but it doesn't belong trading where it is now. Check charts for past moves. If they present any good news, that is a bonus.

Adding under $1 if possible not for a trade.
