1) If *WE* want to assure the market integrity and fairness for everyone, a Class Action against FINRA may the solution.

It's clear in MMTLP that FINRA has made great efforts, over a long period of time and used misleading actions to devalue our investment. (thread??)

2) The base of my reasoning is that you cannot be in a fair market if longs fight 1 real share against shorts 3 or more shares (1 real 2 synthetics).

3) Longs and normal investors are not allowed to create fake shares (and do not have access to the same tools) to fuel the move up, but FINRA atm is trying to protect (and hide) those who did with short (fake) shares.

4) FINRA has made misleading decisions (share to be cancelled instead of deleted, reversed the course of its own decision by locking shareholders in their position before the deadline), that have all gone in disfavor of the normal MMTLP long investors.

6a) On a larger point of view, this unfair system of more synthetic shorts than longs is killing innovation in the USA, as there is a pattern of constantly crushing small companies to the ground with unfair trading techniques,

6b) hoping they don't pay for their (fake) short shares when these companies go bankrupt because they cannot find investors anymore and raise capital, as their stock price is systematically losing value.

7) There is never been a clearer case that FINRA has been acting consciously against the investors in a chain of events. OTC Markets and SEC have certainly not helped, but FINRA's actions are clearly against their mandate and were very energetic.

is actively acting to advantage a market participant(s) that is using counterfeit shares in a more important number than the legal number shareholders have access to, in order to devalue their investment by incredible daily percentages.

8b) FINRA's last actions are leading us to believe that they have created an exit door for this criminal market participant, so they escape by paying 0$ on millions of shares, with profits ranging between 100% /10000%+, while real shareholders don't know what happens with them.
