Even more important is the fundamentals of the company and the share structure of apsi 17 million shares and a market cap of about 10 million at this price and a company merging in that has a much bigger revenue coming in and which is almost completed and has a very integral custodian and a very valid existing experienced successful company. Its a win win for both those parties and a custodian who believes in and is truly working on the behalf of shareholders who wants them to win as well. A very decent human being.
