XTRM and LGBS are partners in North Star Developers. lgbs has a new CEO Troy Davis and Paul Bakajin had resigned to all positions including President of the board, so it appears a Reverse Merge is in progress once Lgbs announce it they will release the corresponding news (check lgbs Twitter). It seems that the acquiring Co. Is TROY DAVIS HOME LLC, which have many years of experience in building homes and builds more than 200 per year not only in IDAHO but other states as well. So my speculation is that both partners will increment substantially their business including solar cells in each home built starting next year. Do your own DD and I do not advice to buy or sell any of the Cos mentioned above. GLTA
