At least we're on the list.

Welp, we weren’t on the list that was updated on 10/15, but just checked the USPTO website and the “Status of Director Review Request” list has been updated to show HDC.

So case number: IPR2021-00554 (date of request 10/17) tells us it will be 8 weeks on Monday 12/12. 8 weeks is no magic number, but only the average time it took Vidal to make a decision based on the previous 109 cases up for review. At least we’re officially on the docket and this whole thing is not a fever dream.
