This is what happens with almost all otc companies and they get away with this because incompetent management dilute but not here on GDVM.

This is why this one is special and why this will be a fun ride. Notice the volume fall off since the orchestrated panic and you have VERT OTCN opening bidding to buy back shares.

That kind of tells you something.
