It is a lot of big talk & threats JBG, they may or may not see a lawsuit. They have a lot of misinformation so I don't think there will be one on $DSCR

DSCR just needs to get this PINK for the shareholders. They can chase whatever they want after it is PINK IMO

Probably at the end of this month, they'll file an extension for the additional 15 days and post the annuals & attorney letter. Nothing to get us PINK. If that happens I think they'll get some class action suit which will be tossed out due to lack of info.

They need to file everything, audited 2 yrs. financials (if they did this which remains to be seen), form 10 & 8-k upload to SEC for PINK status.

It would be nice to have a wonderful 2023 $DSCR
