What flagship is that? Do you mean BioAmber Inc.? BioAmber Inc and it’s worthless shares are nothing more than a nameless debt riddle shell with zero assets, employees, BOD and has been out of business for 4 plus years so how is that a flagship? If you actually do mean BioAmber Inc then why did IE and crew say the KAHC SPAC was to pay BIOAQ shareholders.
Let’s not forget that KAHC had nothing to do with BioAmber at all and neither does LCY, KKR or any other companies as for that matter nobody expressed interest or wanted BioAmber Inc. (Where the shares are) or the shares.
KAHC being wound up and liquidated proves IE lied once again. He has lied since the beginning. BioAmber shareholders getting paid for their worthless shares is not possible in the real world.
