This might be the best thread ever on IHUB! This insane idea that posting a tweet about a deal is not discussing a deal ahead of time.

I'd LOVE to see the people who claim this be in the scenario where a Judge says, "all of this is confidential, you are not to discuss the case", and the ICNM shareholder then tweets information about the case, later having to stand before the Judge and tell her, "I didn't discuss the case, I only tweeted about it". It would probably be carried on all the news services in the "do you believe this one" segment. Yet here, in pink sheet land, the same concept is actually presented, seriously!

This is why I follow pinks! Where else are you going to see this?
