Have to ask yourself, how much money does Aitan have to go after? . Specially after he runs the company into bankruptcy liquidation with the lawyers fees in defending himself....meaning common shareholders are wiped out....but guess what? Preferred shareholders get what remains. You lose, Aitan wins.
