With oil on the decline how much interest will there be in re opening abandoned wells?

Aren’t there still test results from Grassy Knoll waiting to be released?

Seems that the reclamation would be more attractive selling a barrel of oil at $110 vs $80..

Not at all uncommon for this Co. to miss out when the best opportunities are present..
